Rochele HC Hirsch, M.S. is a Life and Leadership Consultant with an educational background in physics and industrial and systems engineering. She is a certified Organization Effectiveness Consultant and is certified in several personal profile systems. Her business experience includes a 15-year corporate career and more than 20 years as a business owner and consultant.
In 1982, Hirsch began to integrate her education and systems experience with her interests and research in individual uniqueness. Repeatedly she found the unity of body-mind-spirit.
* She studied extensively with Suzanne Caygill, 1942 originator of individual color analysis and author of Color, The Essence of You. Hirsch is one of only 40 people to be personally certified by Caygill as a Color / Personality Analyst. Suzanne showed how the quality of the color found in a person's skin, hair and eyes revealed information about their personality and style.
* Workshops with Denny Johnson, originator of the RAYID system of iris analysis, demonstrated how the structures seen in the iris reveal emotional and mental characteristics of a person, including how they learn and express themselves, who they are attracted to, and what challenges they face emotionally in this life. The influence of mother's and father's sides of the family also show up.
* Having the support of a top-level Applied Kinesiology Chiropractor and energy worker, Dr. Linda Lee, for 15 years provided her with direct experience of the body's "TRUTH" and how your unique issues and needs can be understood through muscle-testing.
* Having experienced readings with professionals in Hand Analysis and Face Analysis also reinforces that "who we are" as innate beings shows up in our physical characteristics.
* Hirsch's experience with transformation began in 1987 with the STAR program directed by Barbara Findeisen and has continued to this day through a variety of approaches. After STAR she became a member of the Association of Pre and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH) and also participated in conferences of the International Transpersonal Association with Stan and Christina Grof (ITA).
* She began her meditation practice in 1988 under the guidance of June d’Estelle, PhD and continues daily. Her meditation supports both her creativity and the ability to "bring in" information from the subconscious and unconscious.
* She has maintained continuous personal research in the fields of personal effectiveness, alternative health, metaphysics, transpersonal psychology, spiritual connection and transformation, including Grof Holotropic Breathwork, Re-Birthing, Lazaris workshops and tapes, Domain Shift, The Alivening Project, and books by authors such as Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Stan Grof, Valerie Hunt, the Dalai Lama, Bruce Lipton, Candace Pert, Eckhart Tolle, Richard Moss, Anne Wilson Schaef, Henry Dreher and many, many more.
Her exploration into the underpinnings of life experience has resulted in the development of her Theory of How Come, the system of HC React Codes, and the concept of True Energy. She is the author of the e-books Love, the Noun vs. Love, the Verb and True Energy and the Chemistry of Relationship.
