Intuitive Model
How do I know what is “Before the Behavior?”
The model I have developed to understand how come a person reacts in ways that hurt themselves or others is based on more than 20 years of intensive research and experience in personal transformation.
I have found that pre-conscious emotional imprints, which are with us even before we are born, affect our lives on an everyday basis.
My own life has been profoundly and positively changed, as well as the lives of my clients and those around them, by transforming the imprints that create unloving life patterns and difficult issues.
These imprints are not our fault -- just as being born male or female is not our fault. They are part of our Field of Consciousness (not the conscious mind). Our instinctive reaction patterns are driven by these imprints, and our ability to consciously INTERRUPT these instinctive reactions - before they become behavior - depends on levels ofstress, self-awareness and external reward/punishment systems.
This newsletter will make use of the very public lives of celebrities and their problems to provide examples of what I find (using my intuitive readings) that produces their recurring patterns of difficult experiences.
Comments on how they can COPE better as wells as TRANSFORM their imprints may also provide you with more options for your life.
My goal is to raise awareness and compassion for ourselves and others.
Following is more information about the system I have developed.
Unloving life patterns are those which prevent us from the self-nurture required for the peace and joy of a fulfilled life. They are at the root of the instinctive “knowing that I can’t have what I want -- unless...”
These imprints generate our instinctive reactions to life experiences, thus successfully re-creating and reinforcing the patterns of the imprints. Throughout the ongoing and ever-changing progression of people and circumstances in our lives, the imprinted themes of “how life is” are the constant.
Whether our experience about life resembles a “glass half empty” or a “glass half full,” our instinctive reactions help turn our attitudes into reality. With each successive repetition of these experiences, our conscious mind gathers yet more “evidence” to confirm our conscious definition of “how life is” – whether we like it, or not. And we learn to COPE with it the best we can.
If your conscious mind knows to, it can attempt to interrupt the instinctive reaction or attitude and shift to a better response. To do that requires what we termWILLPOWER.However, especially when someone is stressed, most reactions move directly from “think / feel” to “say / do.”
We all know how stress can defeat willpower – causing people to “fall off the wagon,” returning to their instinct-driven behavior which has been shaped by the context of their environment. To change behavior, many have found the need for powerful rewards and punishment, changes in environment and stress reduction. The dilemma is that the person experiences competing rewards and punishment, and stress makes it worse.
Unless they are transformed, our instinctive reaction patterns are with us forever, and therefore we are left to cope with them. Coping ranges from “getting through it” to “consciously choosing to change behavior.” Addiction itself is a form of coping called “avoidance.” The more self-aware we become and the better we are at managing stress, the easier it is to choose more loving and healthful responses to life’s difficulties.
While severe stress can derail our ability to cope and cause more problems, it also can potentially lead to transformation. When someone “hits bottom,” “crashes and burns” or has an ecstatic, life-altering experience, it can create a spontaneous transformation. Such opportunities, however, are no guarantee that the reaction patterns will transform. More often the experience just reinforces the old unloving pattern, and the person still must cope.
Intentional, conscious transformation of these unloving patterns is now possible.
Survival Tactic (ST) - The reactive method to avoid the stuck emotion
Hardwired Unloving Belief (HUB)- The belief about “how life is” that continues to “come true”
When decoding the person's issue, I first determine which aspect of the HC React Code is driving the issue. Then I find the baseline ES that is holding the system in place. From there I develop the full sequence of codes associated with the issue.
Just as our genetic information is unique, each of us bears a unique set of HC React Codes. The codes are not our fault. Most codes are present in our Field of Consciousness, along with the genetic information, from the time of our conception. The codes are first triggered into physical / emotional experience sometime before birth, during birth or in early childhood. Sources of the codes include generational inheritance, past lives, cultural inheritance, and at times, events in our current life.
Once you know the specific unloving patterns and the instinctive reactions they cause, there are two options for dealing with them.
One is to develop better coping skills. Awareness about the particular trigger points can help you consciously choose to interrupt your reaction pattern. Also, more attention to stress reduction can improve your ability to defuse triggers and choose healthier responses.
Transformation of the HC React Codes that set up the unloving reactions is a much more effective option. Transformation operates at the root-cause level, changing the emotional imprints, thus changing the instinctive reaction patterns.
As mentioned above, most transformation has occurred spontaneously through intense and usually painful emotional experience. Often we describe such experiences as “hitting bottom,” “dark nights of the soul,” “crashing and burning,” “near death experiences” or “ecstatic spiritual encounters.” More recently, spontaneous transformation has been enabled through technologies such as Holotropic Breathwork, Re-Birthing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Other energy techniques, such as EFT, provide exceptional stress-reduction and conscious emotional integration results. However, my sense is that they are not in themselves transformation techniques.
By decoding and pin-pointing the elements of the HC React Codes, we have a guidance system for intentional, conscious transformation which honors the individual’s life journey.
My transformation approach positions us first to deeply feel and “melt off” the layers of old, stuck emotion (Emotional Solder) which hold in place both the Hardwired Unloving Beliefs and the Survival Tactics. By safely feeling and “melting off” the Emotional Solder, the Hardwired UnlovingBeliefs can be revealed, owned and changed to more loving beliefs. The Survival Tactics, which shaped the instinctive reactions used to avoid the Emotional Solder, drop away.
In simple terms, it is a rewiring – rather a rewelding – of the belief structures in one’s Field of Consciousness. This modifies the energy patterns that produce our reactions … and influence our physical manifestation.
As in the Butterfly Effect, a change in the initial conditions produces profound change over time. Results from this intentional, conscious transformation are more freedom, less stress and more successful life experiences – including release from cravings.
This Newsletter will use the HC React Code System to go BEFORE THE BEHAVIOR of celebrity difficulties.
To develop the profiles on these celebrities, I have drawn information from various media sources regarding their history, behaviors and circumstances. Using my gift of Intuition, I have decoded the HC React Codes which I feel are at the root of the particular issue being addressed. All opinions contained in the newsletter on the individual’s sense of how life is and how the imprinted patterns are playing out in their life are my own. Since I do not have direct access to these celebrities, my intuition about their experiences is subject to revision with further information. In working with my own clients, they generally respond with “that’s exactly how I feel,” and “this makes so much sense.”
Please note, in keeping with spiritual practice, when reading another's energy field I ask permission to do so. If the celebrity I check in with (at this level) does not agree to participate, I go no further, and will not decode their HC React Codes or profile them in this newsletter.
It is important for me to emphasize, given my experience with thousands of readings, that the initial triggering events for a person’s life are not “the fault” of anyone, and there is no assessment of blame. Rather, the person who first triggered the HC React Code imprints is just the “actor on the stage, activating the pre-conscious script.” They fit “hand-in-glove” – they are “attracted” to each other. While this in no way excuses abusive behavior, it provides a framework for seeing the connection between the imprints carried by both people. During a person’s life, these imprints are reactivated over and over with different people, different circumstances – all fitting hand-in-glove.
I hope that this newsletter will provide you with greater understanding of the effect of pre-conscious emotional imprints, and will build your insight and compassion for what ALL of us are facing.
